The English Barn offers early access for the Bride & Groom.


Pricing is based on the day of the week and month of the year! Please see our pricing schedule and all that's included below.
Dates are reserved on a first come basis. We do not hold any dates unless we have received a deposit and signed contract. After these are received, your date is reserved for only you.
50% of the Rental fee. Advanced payment is due on the date of signing and will be credited toward the function cost.
You will get use of The English Barn from 7:00 am to 11:59 pm. This includes time for set-up, take-down, and your event.
No. We have 72” round tables, but we also have 8 ft. rectangle tables and a few additional sizes too to give you some alternative layout options for smaller guests counts. We have custom wood rectangle tables for the Bride & Groom and wedding party!
Yes. Louisburg has several options that are extremely easy to access off the Interstate and from the venue. The Holiday Inn Express on 135th street, will give you a discounted rate on a block of rooms. You are only 17 minutes from the nearest hotels.
We include one free hour for you to rehearse, but we cannot guarantee this to be the night before. It will be scheduled based on availability of our other events. If we have another rental the day before yours, you are welcome to schedule your free hour on another day of the week, or many of our couples are choosing to rehearse off site. 30 days before your wedding, if we do not have a rental the day before, you are then welcome to schedule your rehearsal time slot. The best way to guarantee access the day before for the rehearsal and decorating is with the 2-day or full weekend rental.
Of course not! We want to take this load off of you, so when you arrive, the initial setup of tables and chairs will be done. If any transitioning of the room from ceremony to reception is needed, we will also take care of that for you at no additional charge.
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel a reservation. Therefore we will make every effort to re-book the Venue; however, if it is not rebooked, you forfeit all monies paid. If a cancellation is successfully rebooked on the scheduled date, all deposits will be refunded.
No. We highly recommend that you the client hire a qualified and experienced Event Coordinator or Event Planner. And you the Bride, will be spared the stress!
Yes... ONLY LICENSED vendors with an appropriate level of liability insurance will be permitted. License and Liability insurance certificates are due within 30 days of the event.
YES, we have 2 sons who have served our country, and we thank all the men and women who have served for our freedom therefore we offer military discounts with appropriate ID.
NO Smoking is allowed in the barn. Due to the nature of the Barn and it’s timbers there is NO SMOKING allowed within 50 feet of any structure. There is an area for designated SMOKING ONLY. A smoking container is used to put cigars or cigarettes out. No tossing into the grounds, putting out in flower pots or putting out on the grounds.
