My husband and partner not only encourages me in all I do, but also empowers me to follow my passions. My husband would tell you that he never dreamed that we would be building a home with a barn, after our children were all grown and as we begin to celebrate our time growing old together. I told him “let’s pray about it and if it’s God’s plan, the doors will open."
We are a family owned and operated venue that was meticulously drafted, and designed to host the perfect fairytale wedding. From top to bottom, no detail has been overlooked, leading to the ultimate wedding experience for everyone involved.

I love to help a couple decide what their wedding should look and feel like, then manage the millions of little details that will transform those dreams into a memorable experience for the couple and their guests.
I’m a pro at figuring out how all the moving pieces fit together and often find myself up at night running scenarios in my head – including the all-important (and hopefully unnecessary) strategies for what to do if something doesn’t go as planned. I’ve already covered every scenario, so you can wake on your wedding day confident and calm knowing I’ve got your back! My ultimate goal? That my couples get to see their wedding vision to come to life and are able to be truly present for each other on their wedding day and focus on the reason for the event – their love and the start of their life together. Whoever said “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life” captured exactly how I feel about my experiences with The English Barn. I can’t wait to help more couples find their happy beginnings!
In my spare time, I love to spend time with my husband, family, friends and puppy, Tank. I enjoy anything on the water and outdoor related. I also loves to read, cook, bake desserts and watch movies.

As the doors began to open with friends introducing us to the perfect property, now known as The English Barn at Lily Creek Farm, I knew God had a plan. Our first wedding took place in April of 2021. We felt a flood of emotions as we opened the doors and that passion continues today. The Lord has truly blessed us even though we are so undeserving, and we are so very thankful for what HE has given us. We believe family is a very important part of life, so we wanted to build a place to help you celebrate all of life’s most important events!

We love our couples and we love our community! That's why a portion of every wedding or event booked will be donated to a local non-profit. When you work with us, you're impacting the lives of those around you. Not only do we donate a portion of every wedding or event booked with us, we can also donate your leftover flowers to a local nursing home on your behalf and spread the love.
We donate to the Teen Challenge Programs: a Christian faith-based housing program, intended to provide rehabilitation services to people struggling with addiction.
