This all-inclusive package kicks off either 12 months prior to your event or upon signing the contract, ensuring you have ample time to curate the perfect celebration. Throughout the planning journey, we schedule 8 to 10 personalized meetings to delve into every detail. From reviewing vendor referrals and coordinating with vendors via phone calls and emails to crafting customized timelines and layouts for both ceremony and reception, we leave no stone unturned.

Our meticulous approach extends to overseeing vendor contracts, orchestrating ceremony rehearsals, and providing hands-on assistance to vendors as needed. On the big day, we're there to ensure every element falls seamlessly into place. From setting up personal decor items to confirming the wedding party's essentials like bouquets and boutonnieres, we handle it all.

We take charge of coordinating vendor arrivals, managing formalities such as the grand entrance, first dance, toasts, and cake cutting, and even distributing final payments (including gratuities) to vendors on your behalf.
