This all-inclusive package kicks off either 12 months prior to your event or upon signing the contract, ensuring you have ample time to curate the perfect celebration. Throughout the planning journey, we schedule up to 8 personalized meetings to delve into every detail. From reviewing vendor referrals and coordinating with vendors via phone calls and emails to crafting customized timelines and layouts for both ceremony and reception, we leave no stone unturned.
Our meticulous approach extends to overseeing vendor contracts, orchestrating ceremony rehearsals, and providing hands-on assistance to vendors as needed. Yes! You're welcome to bring in your own vendors for most everything regarding your special day. The only thing we require you to stay in-house is our bartending services, to which we are more than happy to provide you an investment list upon request. This is dependent on your current date in our schedule. Most likely, if you are hosting a Friday wedding or event, you will be able to set up early. If you have a Saturday or Sunday event booked, it is not likely we will have extra time available for you to do so given that we often have weddings booked throughout the weekend. While our team is responsible for breaking down and cleaning the venue space in between events, it is your responsibility to remove anything that is yours from the venue. If investing in our wedding planning team, we will also help you pack up and load your car in the process. Yes and no. We provide a variety of tables and chairs for your guests for your ceremony and reception space. For linens and decor, our in-house planning team can provide these items for an additional cost as a part of our wedding planning packages. That said, we also do ask that you work with a rental company to provide your own tableware, such as plates, glasses, silverware, etc.
