Our pricing includes exclusive use of our venue and all essential amenities necessary for an exquisite wedding celebration, as well as décor from our on-site design studio. It's important to note that catering for events such as rehearsal dinners or brunch is not included and would be an additional cost.
To offer a more comprehensive experience, couples have the option to book the entire weekend, enabling them to utilize the venue for set up and hosting their rehearsal dinner on-site (catering for rehearsal dinner is additional). Additionally, they can return on Sunday for a delightful brunch with family and friends before their departure (catering for brunch is additional).

Teen Challenge Programs: a Christian faith-based housing program, intended to provide rehabilitation services to people struggling with addiction.

We love our couples and our community! That’s why we partner with a local non-profit organization to support those in need. When you work with us, you’re making a positive impact in the lives of others. Additionally, we can help donate your leftover flowers to a local nursing home on your behalf to spread the love. Yes! You're welcome to bring in your own vendors for most everything regarding your special day. The only thing we require you to stay in-house is our bartending services, to which we are more than happy to provide you an investment list upon request. This is dependent on your current date in our schedule. Most likely, if you are hosting a Friday wedding or event, you will be able to set up early. If you have a Saturday or Sunday event booked, it is not likely we will have extra time available for you to do so given that we often have weddings booked throughout the weekend. While our team is responsible for breaking down and cleaning the venue space in between events, it is your responsibility to remove anything that is yours from the venue. If investing in our wedding planning team, we will also help you pack up and load your car in the process. Yes and no. We provide a variety of tables and chairs for your guests for your ceremony and reception space. For linens and decor, our in-house planning team can provide these items for an additional cost as a part of our wedding planning packages. That said, we also do ask that you work with a rental company to provide your own tableware, such as plates, glasses, silverware, etc.

My wife and I got married at The English Barn and everything was absolutely perfect. We had 4 tours set up for different venues but cancelled the rest after our first meeting with Jane. The grounds are immaculate and we had a beautiful outdoor wedding with a cocktail hour in the garden and an indoor reception afterwards that comfortably sat 160. Our planner Jessica made everything easy for us and we were able to figure out the layout, linens, and decor in just a few meetings. She and Jane also assisted with recommendations for lodging and transportation. We would choose The English Barn again in a heartbeat!

I fell in love with The English Barn the moment we drove onto the property for our tour. You can tell there was so much thought and love poured into every detail of this place. There is SO MUCH to think about and worry about when you first dive into wedding planning, but from our first meeting with Jane, she put us at ease with how much her and her team would be dedicated to giving us the best day possible while taking a lot off our plates. I am so thankful to have her, Paul, and the fabulous staff at English Barn who allowed us to truly be present and enjoy what turned out to be the most perfect day! Jane was an incredible coordinator and I don't know what we would have done without her. She was there through the whole planning process and gave me guidance on choosing the right vendors, creating the best flow of the day, and make sure we included everything that was important to us. She also took my inspiration photos and ideas and knocked it out of the park with decor all while staying within a reasonable budget.
I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique fairytale-esque hidden gem of a location right here in Kansas but feels like a destination venue! And if you have no idea where to start with planning like me or just want to be able to have a worry-free day, their planning services are amazing!
